Welcome to Natural Life Marketplace, an online multivendor platform designed to empower individuals, students, and entrepreneurs to buy, sell, and grow.
By accessing or using our Marketplace (the “Platform”), you agree to abide by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Definitions

- All activity under your account is your sole responsibility.

6. Vendor Registration & Obligations
Vendors are independent sellers who use Natural Life’s platform to promote and sell their products.
As a vendor, you agree to:
- Provide valid business and contact information.
- Ensure product quality, legality, and safety.
- Honor customer orders and deliver products as described.
- Handle returns and refunds as per Platform policies.
- Pay applicable service or commission fees to Natural Life.
Natural Life reserves the right to verify vendor details and suspend accounts found in violation of our policies.
7. Product Listings and Content Policy
- All product information must be truthful, non-misleading, and complete.
- Counterfeit, illegal, restricted, or harmful goods are strictly prohibited.
- Images and descriptions must accurately represent the actual product.
- Vendors are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with consumer protection and safety laws.
- Natural Life reserves the right to edit or remove listings that violate these rules.
8. Order Placement and Payment Terms
- Orders placed through the Platform constitute a binding agreement between customer and vendor.
- Payment processing may be handled via secure third-party gateways.
- Natural Life may hold payments temporarily to ensure product delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Refunds or chargebacks will be managed per the refund policy.
9. Shipping, Delivery & Returns
- Vendors must dispatch products within the committed timeline.
- Customers should provide accurate delivery addresses and contact details.
- Delays caused by logistics or external circumstances should be communicated to the buyer.
- Returns, replacements, or cancellations will follow the Marketplace’s official return policy.
10. Commissions, Fees, and Taxes
- Vendors agree to pay platform fees and commissions as outlined in the vendor dashboard.
- All applicable taxes (GST, VAT, etc.) are the responsibility of the vendor.
- Natural Life reserves the right to modify its fee structure with prior notice.
11. Intellectual Property Rights
- All content on the Platform — including logos, text, graphics, software, and UI design — is the property of Natural Life.
- Vendors retain ownership of their original content but grant Natural Life a limited right to display it for promotional purposes.
- Unauthorized use or duplication of any content is strictly prohibited.
12. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities
Users and Vendors agree not to:
- Upload or distribute harmful, abusive, or illegal materials.
- Attempt to hack, copy, or manipulate the Platform’s source code.
- Use fake identities or promote fraudulent activities.
- Engage in price manipulation or spamming.
- Violate local, national, or international laws.
13. Data Privacy and Security
- Natural Life collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
- We use industry-standard encryption and security protocols.
- Users are encouraged to use strong passwords and keep their login information confidential.
- Natural Life will not sell or disclose personal data to third parties without consent, except as required by law.
14. Reviews, Feedback, and Ratings
- Customers may post reviews about products or vendors they interact with.
- Reviews must be honest, respectful, and based on real experiences.
- Natural Life reserves the right to remove fake, defamatory, or offensive reviews.
15. Limitation of Liability
Natural Life is a facilitator and not directly responsible for transactions between users and vendors.
We shall not be held liable for:
- Product defects, damages, or vendor negligence.
- Loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
The total liability of Natural Life shall not exceed the total fees paid by the user during the last 3 months.
16. Suspension or Termination of Accounts
Natural Life reserves the right to:
- Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
- Remove listings that breach content guidelines.
- Withhold payments from vendors engaged in fraudulent activities.
In case of termination, remaining wallet balances (if applicable) will be handled as per company policy.
17. Dispute Resolution
- Disputes between vendors and customers must first be resolved mutually through communication.
- If unresolved, they may be escalated to Natural Life support via support@naturalslifes.online.
- Any legal disputes shall be governed by the jurisdiction of Pakistan.
18. Changes to Terms
Natural Life reserves the right to modify, add, or remove parts of these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
19. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
